前總統陳水扁透過「新勇哥物語」評論時事，30日發布「從最新民調看蔡總統的重大政治危機」，質疑蔡英文政府請賴清德擔任行政院長、陳菊任總統府祕書長，王牌出盡了嗎？還是印證俗諺「神仙難救無命客」？

由於蔡英文滿意度民調， 30 歲以下出現「雪崩」的現象，阿扁警告，「民進黨一旦失去年輕人的支持，經驗告訴我們，大型選舉要贏很難」。

以下是本期「新勇哥物語」全文：

勇弟：看到平面媒體頭條斗大標題，讓我嚇了一跳！什麼「蔡、賴滿意度破新低」「蔡在30歲以下出現雪崩 ，賴則進入死亡交叉」？

勇哥：有這麼嚴重嗎？蔡總統 520 不是才剛過完就任二周年的生日，而且一連串的安排親上媒體，為政績宣傳、為政策辯護，顯然效果有限。尤其是菊姐北上擔任救援投手，雖然為時尚短，似乎幫助也不大。賴神 + 菊仙王牌出盡了嗎？還是印證俗諺「神仙難救無命客」？

勇弟：親綠的《美麗島電子報》公布五月最新國政民調。對蔡總統 2 年來的執政整體表現，只有 23.5% 滿意，較上次下滑 5.6% ；不滿意 62.6% ，也較上次增加 1% 。對賴揆就任以來的整體施政表現，滿意的 34.1% ，較 4 月減少 5.6% ；不滿意的 44.7% ，較 4 月增加 3.6% 。賴揆的施政滿意度確定「死亡交叉」，這是非常嚴重的警訊！

勇哥：還有對蔡總統與賴院長的信任度雙雙下滑，較上月分別下降了 6.6% 、 10.1% 。此外，對民進黨好感的有 25.9% 、低於對國民黨好感的 26.8% ；對民進黨反感的有 49.8% ，超過對國民黨反感的 40.9% ，足足多了 10% 之多。神經再粗，能不緊張嗎？

勇弟：特別一提的是，蔡總統在 20～29 歲年輕人的支持群，也出現雪崩現象。民進黨靠年輕人的支持起家， 2014 、 2016 兩次大選能夠大贏，年輕人的支持是最重要的關鍵。民進黨一旦失去年輕人的支持，經驗告訴我們，大型選舉要贏很難。

勇哥：如果這樣的民調結果有參考價值，蔡總統所領導的執政團隊絕對不能等閒視之，必須痛下針貶，誠實面對，虛心檢討，找出病灶。不要再自我感覺良好，或者動輒以陰謀論自我催眠。改革是進步的動力，改革得罪少數人，理應獲得多數的支持，事實上又加不了分，ㄧ定另有原因。明知司法要改革，卻聽任反改革者位居要津，變成改革最大的絆腳石，難怪會扣分！

勇弟：蔡政府還有救嗎？

勇哥：不要騙自己，就有救！繼續騙自己，神仙也難救！
